Hey guys, I'm feeling guilty about taking a mental health day from work. I know I needed the day off to recharge, but I can't shake the feeling that I'm letting my coworkers down or that they'll think I'm weak. I don't want to burn out, but I also don't want to be seen as someone who can't handle the workload.

I'm glad you were able to take a day off and focus on your mental health. It can be hard to prioritize ourselves, especially when there's so much pressure to always be productive and 'on.' But taking a step back and taking care of ourselves is so important in the long run. I hope you're feeling better and that you have a supportive work environment that values mental health.
